Starting today, Everhard Road is the detour for 38th Street. The traffic was heavy, the beginning of a long nightmare of
getting in and out of our subdivision An article in The Repository last year revealed that resurface and repair of Everhard Road will begin in 2018. The only exit from our allotment leads onto Everhard Road. The street is heavily traveled. It is often difficult to turn right, but turning left can be next to impossible. While we presently live in the heart of it all, I'll gladly give up the convenience of being within a mile of shopping in exchange for being in the country.
